The standard coverage is $1.1 million/$3 million. While many insurance companies offer a $1 million/$3 million level of protection, our standard coverage includes an additional $100,000 of protection per claim limit.
Both occurrence and claims-made coverages are available.
Prior Acts coverage is available.
With our consent-to-settle benefit, no case is settled without your specific agreement.

All Malpractice Legal Fees Paid. Your defense costs won’t come out of your own pocket, nor will they reduce the policy limit you choose.
Reimbursed up-to $500 per day when you’re out-of-the-office for deposition and court requirements.
Defense coverage should allegations of HIPAA issues and other privacy-related proceedings arise.
Licensure Defense Costs Paid up-to $25,000 (per policy period) if you’re called before a state licensing or federal professional review authority on any matter.
Tail Coverage at no additional charge for death or disability at any time, or for retirement at age 55 after 5 years of continuous coverage with PSIC.
