No. If paying via credit card, only the remaining balance can be accepted whether the policyholder is applying the payment through the web-site or a representative from Fortress is taking the credit card information. To pay the minimum amount due, you must send a check.
Is there a service charge for paying quarterly?
No. Fortress does not charge for quarterly payments.
